Delivery & Returns

How to order

It’s easy!...Browse our online shop anytime and add the items you want to order into the shopping basket. Then simply go to checkout. Online payments are processed securely using Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment. Paypal accept most major credit cards. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not authorize your payment, we will not be liable for any non-delivery. Shipments will be made once all payments are processed and finalized.

Changing or cancelling an order

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to make any amendments to your order as orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed.

Delivery and Returns

We aim to dispatch an order within 48 hours. We use Royal Mail delivery services. If you are out at the time of delivery your parcel will be left at your local royal mail depot, and a card left at your address advising you of this. Parcels are usually held for 14 days after which time they will be returned to us. If the parcel has not been delivered after 10 working days, please contact us. This rarely happens and we apologize if this is the case.

International Deliveries

All international deliveries are sent using the Royal Mail Airmail service. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. 

Wrong Delivery Address Inputted

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are delivered to another party, Scootaheadz Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.


We hope you will love your Scootaheadz. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any items within 14 days. Please note that postage will not be refunded. Please phone or email in the first instance to arrange the return of your item.

We recommend that you return items via registered mail as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in the post. Please note that postage can only be refunded for a faulty item.  

In all cases, the items returned must be in its original condition, including all packaging.
Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund or exchange. For this please allow 10 working days for us to process.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. You will have the option to wait until the item is available, to choose an alternative or to cancel your order.
